Telemarketing Consultant
Introduction:
Client Delivery is the largest part of the organisation in terms of size and has full responsibility for all parts of the delivery of our client requirements, although the ownership of the client relationship remains with Sales.
Activities include: Lead Generation & Account Profiling
We have a need for telemarketers that call into the UK as well across EMEA. Our required languages include but are not limited to: French, Italian and Dutch.
About the Opportunity:
Telemarketers make up the majority of our employees and are key to the success of our client assignments - the quality and volume of the work delivered by Telemarketers is what makes us highly regarded and brings a high level of repeat business, and new clients through our reputation.
The role is based from home. You will spend much of your day on the phone - making outbound calls to generate leads for our clients in the technology sector. We contact senior level professionals so a professional and skilled approach is essential at all times.
Salary:
£17,000 - £20,000 dependent on skills
Key Experience:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a sales or service environment
- Able to demonstrate a high level of customer focus
Highly desirable:
- Previous B2B telemarketing experience - preferably outbound
